    • Promotional or discounted subscription fees are non-refundable.

    • To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team via email within 7 days of the transaction. Provide all relevant details, including the reason for the refund request and any supporting documentation.
    • Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of our decision within 7 business days.
    • If your refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to an additional 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
  4. Final Decision:
    • All refund decisions are made at our discretion and are final. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the request is fraudulent, abusive, or violates our terms and conditions.
