First things first, let's set the terms regarding recommendations around here:

1. I will never recommend anything that I did not (or would not) personally use. You'll notice most of these links are from my own account with those services. I hope you recognize the genuine recommendation I'm making here instead of feeling as if you're being sold something for the sake of earning a quick commission.
2. I will never try to influence you into buying a product or using a service, and I will never accept paid sponsorships (i.e., "influencer ads") for any recommendations. There are numerous examples of bad actors, fraudulent products or services, and advertisements in which it's impossible to do true due diligence in order to know whether or not it's a valid recommendation. But the influencer-advertising model pays (content creators) very well in an attention-driven advertising world, and the influencers have all the attention while they often have little to no downside to accepting a paid advertisement without disclaiming it. That's not the type of trust I'm interested in fostering here, so I'm not going to waste any time facilitating it.
3. I will always be transparent about any affiliation I have for recommending products or services. I'm simply sharing what has worked for me and my family, and if it works for you too, great!
